Hametsu shrugged and vanished from the arena.

James walked in."Okay.Need a new deck."He said,scanning which deck he'd use.He picked one and absorbed the cards."Okay.This'll be versatile enough."

[Rocky the Echidna]

Rino walked through the forest, her staff in one hand, as she grumbled, "stupid opponent... not turning up last time, meh not like he would of won anyhows..." she smiled to herself confidently looking about

[Hametsu]

James grinned."Man.I've always wanted to do this.FLAME ON!"He said,erupting in flames."Whoo!I'm a living candle!"He said,flying off to find his opponant.

[Rocky the Echidna]

"Holy shi-!" Rino's eyes widened as she saw the flaming whatever-the-heck-it-was fly straight towarsd her. In order to dodge it, she threw herself to her side into the bushes. She stayed there, waiting for her moment to strike.

[Hametsu]

"Whoa.Did I almost hit a squirrel?"He asked,stopping the flames and landing.He looked back."Oh well.I guess it was nothing."He said,walking around again.

[Rocky the Echidna]

"Squirrel?!" Rino asked herself in her thoughts, "oh he did not just call me that!!" She slowly crept along behind him, keeping to the nushes

[Hametsu]

James looked around,keeping an eye out for Rino-che."Hmm?What's this?"he said,picking up the Water Crystal."Pretty.I wonder if I can keep this afterwards.Since this is the item.Might as well element shift."He said,shifting to a blue aura."Maybe now I can flood my opponant out."He said,sending a torrent of water out from around him.

[Rocky the Echidna]

" nawww sheesh..." Rino grumbled as she was sent back by the water torrent, becoming soaked. She sat up growling and burshing her wet hair from her face. Using her staff she stood up and looked at James, "well might as well reveal myself now"

[Hametsu]

"I really like this thing."He said,happily before surveying the area for his oppanant."Come on.We really need to start this fight!"

[Rocky the Echidna]

She smirked, standing behind him, still wet, and pointed her staff at him, "Fiyera!" a ball of fire was sent flying at him, "it already has begun..."

[Hametsu]

James' body turned to water and the ninto a puddle, causing the fireball to miss.He reconstitued himself and laughed."Back attack.Not very honorable.Oh well"He said,sending a water spout at her.

[Rocky the Echidna]

She held her staff across her body, "Aquaria!" A bird made of water, spread it wings infront of her to rptect her, however it was a little late and she was sent back by the water a bit, "heh, who said I was an honourable women?"

[Hametsu]

When she looked back again, he was gone."Good deal, cause I ain't that honourable myself"He said,leaning on her head.He put a hand down and sent a water torrent point blank in her face.

[Rocky the Echidna]

Rino's head leant back as far as her neck would able her as the torrent hit her staight on. She lifted her foot, kicking him sharply as an immeidate rection to the attack

[Hametsu]

[No prob.Sorry for my long response.No real excuse.Just didn't know you responded ;]

James slid back from the force of the torrent and the kick."For an echidna,your quite strong."He said, laughing."Time to put this gem to a real test"He said before melting into a puddle like Chaos 0.

[Rocky the Echidna]

She stepped back regainging her balance and looked at the puddle of water, her eyes narrowing, "hmph. I'm not your average echidna"

[Hametsu]

"Good"Came a voice from the puddle."Knuckles just ain't fun.Too gullible"It said before zipping off.

[Rocky the Echidna]

"O.o" she watched as the puddle zipped of away from her. She began to give chase, then stopped herself, her knuckles tightening around her staff, "no..." she told herself, "that's what he'll want me to do..."

[Hametsu]

James,just wanting to have fun with his ability, came turned into a dolphin made of water, splashing out then back to a puddle.[ Think Chaos 0's Sonic Battle dash attack]

[Samui]

[ooc]Just posting to tell you guys to put more detail in your posts. Also, try and wrap this up ASAP so we can continue on to the next match. The grace time is still lifted for now, in consideration of your circumstances, but we still need to continue the tourney :P[/ooc]

[Rocky the Echidna]

The echidness smirked to herself as she saw the racing dolphin head towards her. Lifting her staff, she gave it a graceful twist in the air creating a shape, similar to that of a constellation of a bird like creature. As she did this she muttered the word, 'Aquaria' to herself. From the tip of her staff came her own fountain, which gracefully like her movements, took to the form of a water eagle. It stood infront of her wings stretched so that it protected her and talon out to take the impact of the racing dolphin thing. Rino braced herself, now holding her staff in both hands to give another attack when the time was right.

[Hametsu]

The dolphin stopped and reformed into James."Well,this has been quite the successful test,I think.The cards work perfectly"He said as Rino's eagle flew by."Yo!I forfeit the match!"He said,waving to whoever was judging."Never planned to go any further.Just was testing my battle cards"

[Rocky the Echidna]

She stood looking at him confused, "i uh see... if thats the case please may i have the battle item?" she walked forward holding out her hand, "it was nice to battle you"

[Hametsu]

"Sure"He said,tossing the item to her before pulling out an odd-looking cell phone.He dialed a number and put it to his ears."Hey Kirbs!Yeah.Yeah I'm done with the tournament thing.I'll be there soon so we can get some drinks."
