Random Adventure 3.0

[SAZIC]

Joseph grimaced, and shook his head at Reiko.  "What a shame..."  He hopped down from his tree and approach the girl, "You might need some help with this."  He reached down and selected a rock about the size of his two fists together, holding it in one hand he engulfed the rock in fire.  Then the stone broke down into six even parts and floated in a tight circle above his palm, the fire seemed to seep into the stones.  When this finished he extended his hand to the girl, holding the stones.  "Condensing fire into a fragile substance normally has some...explosive results."  Joseph smirked as he drew his Magnum revolver with his other hand and, inserted the large rounds into the slots.  Each bullet had a symbol of fire engraved into the end.  "Any thing you care to do to prepare yourself?"  He disliked endangering innocents for the sake of power.

[Rocky the Echidna]

She drew her sword from its sheath, her gaze still locked on the nogitsune. She then turned smirking to the one stod next to her. "Do not try to patronise me by talking like that" she looked at his hand, her smile softening, "but no, lets protect the village..." she took his hand he had extended to her

He chuckles under his breath, "I had meant for you to take the stones...unless you want me to throw you at him?"  he shrugged.  He slid his feet farther apart, digging into the dirt with his heals.  "Ether way, I would rather do things the best way I can while staying grounded..."  It was obvious through his facial expression he did not like the fact that lightning was being used against him.

[Reiko Kami]

Reiko looked down at the two, a grin forming across his mouth. "Fire? I was born of this! What do you think lightning is made of?" he would yell down to them, laughing evily. His eyes then came across the statues that lined the village, as if acting like sentinels to ward off intruders. "Ironic." he would say to himself. "Lightning is a powerful force! Even one bolt of lightning can awaken the deepest slumber!" he would yell as he commanded the lightning to strike the statues, providing power to them as if they were plugged into a socket and brought to life. "You have more than me to worry about." he would say, pointing to the animated statues that were heading into the village. He hoped this would cause a distraction. Something long enough for him to draw power from the storm.

[Rocky the Echidna]

As the animated statues headed for the village, a womens voice could be heard, followed by a white flash of light energy.

Taira was glaring at Joseph, unimpressed by his last comment and let go of his hand quickly. Hearing the womans voice she turned her head and smirked, "nothing gets past that priestess..." She turned facing the nogitsune. Her sword held tightly, the blade tip pointed towards him.

At the gates of the village, a tall brown female echidna stood. She held a long wooden staff, the tip topped with a large green jewel. Her long white robe billowed in the wind as she attacked the animated statues with her magic.

Joseph chuckled at Rieko's comment about lightning and fire, "Not very educated is he..."  He lobbed the fire enchanted rocks at the Nogitsune as he bolted forward.  On contact the stones combusted, hoping that this had the effect of stunning his target, he leaped into the air, and came down with his left foot, and Magnum aiming for Rieko.  He would deal with the statues latter, they would be easy enough to disable.

[Reiko Kami]

Reiko was fast, but not fast enough at the moment. He spent most of his lightning energy on animating the statues. All he had left was his void powers. He had one of two choices: Open a small portal to the Void that would swallow the rocks, draining more of his energy or he could let himself get stunned and take a chance of getting shot. He opted for the first choice, and opened a small portal, swallowing the rocks into it, allowing himself time to evade and launch a bolt at Joseph, stalling some time as he leapt for the female, claws and fangs extended. He would hope that the female was unaware of his intentions and able to dig his claws and fangs into her and feed off her energy, that is if it were successful.
