There are no rules really, anything can happen and take place, but lets try not to get to carried away shall we? I dont want any god modding as it of course takes away the fun from rping, that as it would appear is the only rule I can think of. Anyone who wishes to join may, and at any time.

Along a path rarely walked stood an inn, quite old in appearance it looked as if it could collapse anytime within the next few months though it still stood as sturdy as it was when it was built. Most people who took that path (though rare as they are) would just go along their way, only the desperate, stupid, or those who just dont care would stop to spend the night here, it had been a long time since it has seen any visitors. However once one has walked inside the inn tells another story, it appears to be in perfect condition, and very nice indeed! Visitors are welcome to come and go as they please however most choose to not to leave for rather long periods of time, after all not only is it beautiful but everything within its walls are provided for free, including the stay, the reason being simple: there is an unlimited amount of supplies and the workers there love what they do.
Inside a young woman stood patiently inside a bar polishing a glass, she glanced over at the man standing next to her.
The woman gave a sigh and then said to him, "It's been so long since we've had anyone stay here, and I am so bored with noone else to talk to except for you guys."
The man looked back and replied, "Yes I know but we must be patient, a traveler or two are bound to show up eventually."
She then continued to polish the glass as the man walked off to another room, every now and then glancing at the door as though expecting someone to walk in at any time.
