if this movie actually suceeds, it will open the gates of hell. this movie has 666 written all over it.
with the help of satan mario, the world will be free to make a live action movie out of any anime/manga/videogame/whatever they wish, and thus the world is doomed to an endless production of awful live action pokemon movies that are just as repetitive as the anime they were built off of, which eventually cause the collapse of the pokemon franchise and then the death of lord pikachu. then other companies jump the bandwagon and make live action adaptions out of their own shit as well...

^ Word. Also, there are people who say that the Super Mario Brothers movie is bad, but this is even worse. I may be wearing nostalgia glasses, or something, but despite not being a very accurate adaption of the Super Mario franchise, it still excelled at being a good movie. Dragon Ball Evolution, on the other hand, fails on both accounts. |

lol. Well, as a part of the Mario cannon, it sucks.
The only good bit is the De-evolution machine. An interesting way of doing something nasty in a kid-friendly way.
As a movie in its own right...I do like it. If only because its so ridiculous and cheesy!
